What we offer
Workshops
We provide specially tailored workshops to meet a variety of needs. The subject areas we have provided workshops for in the past include;
Marine environment and ecological awareness through embodied practice and research (Dean’s “PrimeOrderly” - extended cognition practice)
Sound-based composition and improvisation
Movement/dance/choreographic-based composition, improvisation and performances
Contemporary performance making workshops (incorporating a diverse range of artform disciplines)
Professional arts-related practices (governance, finance, business management, legal structures, copyright)
Artistic/creative expression focusing on complex trauma disorders (C-PTSD)
Body conditioning alignment and mindfulness classes (yoga + movement) - including injury prevention, Parkinsons disease care.
Specific neurodiversity / divergency accessible and inclusive teaching, practice, sharing and creative exchanges
Warm Data Labs (Dean is a certified Warm Data Lab host through the International Bateson Institute in Sweden. Warm Data Labs are an approach to social learning and are further explained on this page and also on this IBI site here.
We have worked with such participants as; school-aged students (junior school through to high school), youth/young adults, adults/mature/seniors, people living with disability, neurodiverse people (autism, ADHD, Bi-polar) and/or those who are survivors of trauma - prolonged and one-off incodences. We facilitate classes and workshops in a variety of environments; community centres, church halls, university rooms and studios, dance studios, basketball courts, school halls, dance studios and natural environments - through our IMMERSIONS program (info on this coming soon on our website).
We’re approached by a plethora of client types (environmental science agencies and conferences, schools, universities, festivals, arts companies, community agencies, individuals, foundations, NDIS providers) to provide such workshops including locally, interstate and internationally.

Classes
We are very experienced and reputable teachers within our fields. We offer regular classes ourselves, and our artists are hired by education providers of various levels, as well as arts companies, to conduct classes in their facilities. Class areas include; yoga and movement/stretch, beginners to professional contemporary dance, dance, music and performance improvisation, creativity and composition through sound (voice and instruments), arts business practice, music fundamentals.
